Welcome to DigiCrafts.in (“DigiCrafts”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By using our platform, you (“User”, “Client”, or “Freelancer”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, you must stop using DigiCrafts immediately.

1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms govern your:

Account creation
Use of the DigiCrafts platform
Posting jobs
Bidding on jobs
Hiring freelancers
Completing projects
Using payment services
Resolving disputes

DigiCrafts acts as a marketplace only.
We are not a party to contracts between Clients and Freelancers.

2. DEFINITIONS

Client – A user who posts jobs and hires freelancers.
Freelancer – A user offering services or bidding on jobs.
User – Any visitor or registered member.
Project/Job – Work posted by a client.
Service Fee – Commission charged by DigiCrafts.
Dispute – A disagreement between client and freelancer.
Platform – The DigiCrafts.in site, system, and features.

3. ELIGIBILITY

To use DigiCrafts, you must:

Be at least 18 years old
Provide accurate information
Have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement
Agree to follow all applicable laws

If using DigiCrafts on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

By creating an account, you agree to:

Provide true and complete information
Keep your login credentials confidential
Maintain only one account
Not impersonate others
Not use VPN or fake information for fraud

We may suspend or delete accounts at our discretion.

5. USE OF PLATFORM

You may use DigiCrafts to:

Browse freelancer profiles
Post job requirements
Submit proposals
Hire freelancers
Upload files & deliver work
Communicate via chat
Make or receive payments

You may NOT use DigiCrafts for:

Illegal work
Scams or fraud
Harassment
Discrimination
Malware distribution
Off-platform payments

6. CLIENT TERMS

Clients agree to:

Provide detailed project descriptions
Respond to freelancers promptly
Review submissions within reasonable time
Release payments when work is approved
Not request free work or samples
Not cancel after work has started (unless justified)

Clients may leave public reviews after project completion.

Clients must NOT:

Underpay or exploit freelancers
Share personal numbers to bypass DigiCrafts
Request work not included in the agreement

7. FREELANCER TERMS

Freelancers agree to:

Deliver work on time
Communicate professionally
Provide original work
Maintain confidentiality
Not plagiarize or resell others’ work
Meet the quality agreed with the client

Freelancers must NOT:

Deliver incomplete work
Delay without communication
Ask clients for off-site payments
Use AI-generated content without disclosure (if required)
Upload harmful or illegal content

8. POSTING JOBS & BIDDING

Clients must post:

Clear requirements
Budget range
Deliverables
Timelines

Freelancers must submit:

Honest proposals
Estimated timeframes
Clear pricing

Spam proposals or fake job posts are prohibited.

9. PAYMENTS & FEES

Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.

DigiCrafts may charge:

Client service fees
Freelancer service fees
Withdrawal fees
Payment gateway charges

Exact fee structure may change at any time.

We do NOT store full credit/debit card details.

Escrow

If escrow is implemented:

Client funds are held securely until work is approved.
DigiCrafts releases funds to freelancers after approval.

10. ORDER PROCESS

Step 1: Client posts a job

Step 2: Freelancers submit proposals

Step 3: Client selects freelancer

Step 4: Freelancer completes and delivers work

Step 5: Client reviews and accepts

Step 6: Payment is released

Step 7: Both parties may leave reviews

11. DISPUTES & RESOLUTION

If the client and freelancer cannot resolve an issue:

They must contact each other through DigiCrafts chat
If unresolved, either party may open a Dispute
DigiCrafts support will review
The final decision made by DigiCrafts is binding

DigiCrafts may:

Release payment to freelancer
Refund client
Cancel order
Penalize either party

Decisions are based on:

Communication history
Submitted files
Deadlines
Agreement terms

12. CANCELLATION POLICY

A project may be canceled if:

Client cancels before work begins
Freelancer fails to deliver
Work is incomplete
Work violates guidelines
Both parties mutually agree

DigiCrafts may charge cancellation fees.

13. REFUND POLICY

Refunds may be issued only when:

Freelancer does not deliver work
Work is significantly different from the description
Freelancer becomes inactive
Client cancels before work starts

Refunds are NOT issued for:

Change of mind
Full work completed & approved
Delays caused by client
Off-platform agreements
Users violating terms

Refund decisions are final.

14. USER CONDUCT & RESPONSIBILITIES

Users must NOT:

Post illegal, harmful, or abusive content
Upload viruses or malicious files
Share explicit adult content
Break copyright laws
Misuse the rating system
Create multiple accounts
Spam users
Attempt to hack or damage the platform

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

For Clients

Once payment is completed:

All rights to the delivered work are transferred to the client (unless otherwise stated).

For Freelancers

Before payment:

Freelancers retain complete ownership
Clients may not use, modify, or share the work

Platform IP

All content, logos, code, and design of DigiCrafts are owned by DigiCrafts and Boppixel.com.

16. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION & TERMINATION

We may suspend or permanently terminate an account if:

Fraud is detected
Abuse or harassment occurs
Payments are bypassed
Spam or fake identity is used
Repeated violations happen
Chargebacks are initiated unfairly

DigiCrafts may:

Remove content
Restrict access
Block withdrawals
Notify banks or authorities (in serious cases)

17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

DigiCrafts is NOT responsible for:

Performance of freelancers
Timeliness or quality of work
Losses caused by users
Payment gateway issues
Fraud between parties
Loss of data
Downtime or technical errors

Users agree to use the platform at their own risk.

18. NO GUARANTEE OF WORK OR INCOME

DigiCrafts does NOT guarantee:

Freelancers will receive projects
Clients will find suitable freelancers
Continuous availability of the platform
Specific income or job success

19. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use third-party services such as:

Payment gateways
Hosting providers
Analytics services
Email delivery tools

Their terms apply in addition to ours.

20. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by:

Indian laws and regulations
Applicable international digital laws

Disputes may be handled through courts in India.

21. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We may update Terms at any time.

Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the new Terms.
